What this demo does NOT have (and production would):
- Multi-stage approval chains (counsellor → senior counsellor → school admin)
- SLA timers + escalation when an approval is pending too long
- Per-school routing rules (different supervisors for different verticals)
- Email / push notification to the decider when a new approval lands
- Resubmit-with-rationale flow when an insight is rejected and the counsellor wants to argue back
